FOLLOWING on from the recent changes to the Eurovision Song Contest Reference Group, the representative from ORF who’ll stand as the 2026 organiser, has been named.

Michael Krön has joined the Eurovision Song Contest Reference Group on behalf of ORF & the 2026 Contest organisers. Michael Krön will remain on the Reference Group for three years.

One position remains to be filled – the vacant position of the Executive Supervisor, which will be filled in due course. As things stand, the Eurovision Song Contest Reference Group is consisted of the following:

• EBU: TBC – EBU Executive Supervisor
• Spain (RTVE): Ana Maria Bordas – Chair of the Reference Group
• Austria (ORF): Michael Krön – Organiser in 2026
• Switzerland (SRG SSR): Moritz Stadler Organiser in 2025
• Sweden (SVT): Ebba Adielsson – Organiser in 2024
• Armenia (AMPTV): David Tserunyan
• Croatia (HRT): Tomislav Štengl
• Denmark (DR): Molly Plank
• The Netherlands (AVROTROS): Claudia van der Pas
• Portugal (RTP): Carla Bugalho
