
ABC Radio Australia, the Australian national broadcaster, have announced the launch of Pacific Break 2025, on Friday 27th June, with a Concert in Samoa.
While song submissions will start alongside the launch party, they will close at 23:59 AEST, on Monday 25th August. The winning entry will be announced on Thursday 16th October and will win an all-expenses paid trip to perform at WOMADelaide.. The winner will be determined by a jury made up of:
- Joji Malani – Australian-based Fijian artist and label head
- Ngaiire – Papua New Guinea born Australian singer
- Annette Tripodi – WOMADelaide Associate Director
- Hau Lātūkefu – ABC Radio Australia presenter
- Sose Fuamoli – ABC Radio Australia presenter
