GPB, the Georgian national broadcaster, have continued broadcasting the 2024 season of Ranina – the usual national selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. While Ranina has commenced, GPB have yet to announce participation at the 2024 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Spain.
Last night, the second week of Round Two took place. The Acts were singing alongside pianist Giorgi Gigashvili. The results were:
- 120 points – Sandro Ashotia, Sandro Gurgenadze, Anastasia Iremadze, Ia Lichel & Andria Mishvelidze
Following the conclusion of Round Two, week two, this is how the leaderboard of Ranina 2024 looks:
- 240 points – Andria Mishvelidze
- 239 points – Anastasia Iremadze
- 238 points – Sandro Ashotia & Sandro Gurgenadze
- 237 points – Andria Putkaradze
- 236 points – Barbara Morgoshia
- 234 points – Mate Martiashvili & Marta Nozadze
- 233 points – Ia Lichel & Giorgi Shashviashvili
Following the second week of Round Two, there will be a further two rounds before the Semi Final and the Grand Final.
