OMNI Television, the Canadian private national broadcaster, have revealed they have lost the rights to the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest – rights that they have held since 2019. Previously, OUTtv held the rights in 2014 and 2015.
Following NBC holding the broadcasting rights via the streaming platform Peacock and host broadcaster of the American Song Contest, a similar broadcasting agreement maybe in place in Canada.
