On the lead up to the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which is been held in Paris, we are looking back at all the countries to have participated in the Contest and their histories – past and present. Today we are continuing with Albania’s story.
Efi Gjika represented Albania at the 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Minsk, Belarus. She participated with “Barbie”, finishing in 17th place and 44 points.
Isea Çili represented Albania at the 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Gliwice, Poland. She participated with “Mikja ime fëmijëri”, finishing in 17th place and 36 points.
After a one year due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Albania are back at the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Paris, France. Can Anna Gjebrea take Albania’s first victory with “Stand By You”?
