
On the lead up to the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which is been held in Paris, we are looking back at all the countries to have participated in the Contest and their histories – past and present. Today we are start Spain’s story.
Spain debuted at the 2003 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Copenhagen, Denmark. Sergio participated with “Desde el cielo”, finishing in 2nd place and 125 points.
María Isabel represented Spain at the 2004 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Lillehammer, Norway. She participated with “Antes muerta que sencilla”, finishing in 1st place (their best position) and 171 points.
Antonio José represented Spain at the 2005 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Hasselt, Belgium. He participated with “Te traigo flores”, finishing in 2nd place and 146 points.
Dani Fernández represented Spain at the 2006 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Bucharest, Romania. He participated with “Te doy mi voz”, finishing in 4th place and 90 points.
