#JESC21: Norway’s Junior Eurovision Story

On the lead up to the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which is been held in Paris, we are looking back at all the countries to have participated in the Contest and their histories – past and present. Today we look at Norway’s story.

Norway debuted at the 2003 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Copenhagen, Denmark. 2U participated with “Sinnsykt gal forelsketvasarā”, finishing in 13th place and 18 points.

@lek represented Norway at the 2004 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Lillehammer, Norway. He participated with “En stjerne skal jeg bli”, finishing in 13th place and 12 points.

Malin Reitan represented Norway at the 2005 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Hasselt, Belgium – their final participation to date. She participated with “Sommer og skolefri”, finishing in 3rd place (their best position) and 123 points.
