
During the duration of the Paralympic Games, which are been held in Tokyo, we will be taking a look at a different Eurovision country each day. Today we are looking at Slovakia’s best Eurovision entry, after they took 6th place in the Women’s 50m Rifle 3 Positions SH1 Shooting competition.
Slovakia have made the Final of the Eurovision Song Contest a total of 3 times. In 1996, when the Contest took place in Oslo, Norway, Slovakia achieved their best position to date with a 18th place. Marcel Palonder performed “Kým nás máš” and achieved a total of 19 points.
