SBS, the Australian national broadcaster, have released a statement surrounding the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest – although the statement doesn’t reveal the status of their participation at this year’s Contest. The statement read as follows:

“SBS is always exploring all possible ways to bring more Eurovision to the Australian public. At the moment we cannot tell more.”
