Azerbaijan joins a list of other participating countries that have a brand new Head Of Delegation for next year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam.

Isa Melikov, who was responsible for writing Azerbaijan’s only winning entry to date, has been named the new Head Of Delegation and will lead their participation in 2021.
