
Tonight see’s the Final of the 58th edition of Festivali i Kenges tonight. Ahead of the show, it’s time to look back at the best and the worst of Albanian entries at the Eurovision Song Contest.
The Best
In 2012, Rona Nishliu finished in 5th place – their best finishing position to date. Rona performed “Suus” in Baku and finished with a total of 146 points.
In 2004, Anjeza Shahini finished in 7th place, on Albania’s debut at the Contest. Anjeza performed “The Image Of You” in Istanbul and finished with a total of 106 points.
The Worst
In 2007, Frederik Ndoci finished in 17th place in the Semi Final. Frederik performed “Hear My Plea” in Helsinki and finished with a total of 49 points.
In 2016, Eneda Tarifa finished in 16th place in the Semi Final. Eneda performed “Fairytale” in Stockholm and finished with a total of 45 points.
