We have seen all of this year’s participating countries rehearse once so far this year – but what about the countries thats have participated in the Contest previously?
Romania
Romania first took part at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, when it was held in Copenhagen, in 2003. They participated in the first seven Contests, before eventually withdrawing before the 2010 edition.
Romania had mixed success in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Their best result came at the 2004 Contest, which was held in Lillehammer, Norway. Noni Razvan Ene finished in 4th place with his entry “Iti multumesc”.

Belgium
Belgium first took part at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, when it was held in Copenhagen, in 2003. They participated in the first ten Contests, before eventually withdrawing before the 2013 edition.
Belgium had mixed success in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Their best result came at the 2009 Contest, which was held in Kyiv, Ukraine. Laura Omloop finished in 4th place with her entry “Zo verliefd”.
