Each day, I aim to bring you a couple of highlights and lowlights from this year’s Contest here in Lisbon. What did Day 3 have to offer us?
Highlights
- Norway started the day showing why one of the favourites are actually a true contender for the title here in Lisbon – unlike others that have fallen by the side.
- Moldova – just how an underdog becomes a leading contender was shown here in their rehearsal. DoReDos were colourful, playful, sensual and sensational.
Lowlights
- While Serbia had a great take on a classic 1990’s balkan ballad, it sadly disappeared in memory directly after Norway and Romania.
- Sorry Yulia and Russia. Too much time was focussed on the ballet dancers, rather than Yulia and the song itself.
Obviously these are just some mere snippets of what has happened today. Remember to check out are #LiveBlog everyday here LIVE from Lisbon throughout the day – where you’ll get some more detail goings-ons.
