Swedish Charts and Melodifestivlen 2015

SWEDEN : Can the Swedish iTunes chart predict the winner of Melodifestivalen 2015?

With all the songs in Melodifestivalen 2015 now on release before the Grand Final next week, there are no less that 13 songs in the Top 40 Swedish iTunes charts!

However who has the Swedish public been buying and will these transfer into cotes in the night?

The chart positions are 

#1 – Måns Zelmerlöw

#5 – Jon Henrik Fjällgren

#6 – Samir & Viktor

#7 – Magnus Carlsson

# 8 – Eric Saade – but he is also at #28 with the Radio edit of ‘Sting’ as well

#12 – Hasse Andersson

#13 – Isa

#15 – Mariette

#15 Dinah Nah

#25 – Andreas Weise

#27 – Dolly Style

#31 – Kristin Amparo

#33 – Linus Svenning

This has to be very encouraging for Måns Zelmerlöw if he has a sales advantage over Jon Henrik Fjällgren who is seen as his main competitor for the Melodifestivalen title.

It looks as if the International Juries next week will have again a massive bearing on the result of Melodifestivalen. Remember Sanna Nielson won by 2 points last year. Could it be that close this year? Who do you think will win in Sweden next week?
