The ‘Eurovision Connections’ Album – Anne-Marie David, Niamh Kavanagh, Scott Fitzgerald and many more to feature.
Tony Power of ‘Powerworld Music’ is set to bring a new album to Europe in May 2015 – Just in time for Eurovision – and it will feature many of the Eurovision greats on new recordings.
Anne-Marie David, will perform a special edition of her winning song for Luxemburg from 1973, plus she will be singing a new song also.
1993 Eurovision winner Niamh Kavanagh will be performing on the album along with Muriel Day (Ireland 1969),Scott Fitzgerald (UK 1988), Sonja (UK 1993) to name but a few.
Tony says that the “album is to celebrate 60 years of Eurovision. All the new songs have been written by myself.”
Tony Power is a highly successful songwriter who has composed many songs for artists from The Three Degrees, Angie Brown, Sonia, Angie Gold, Evelyn Thomas,Tina Charles to many other.
The album is set for release in May of 2015 and we will bring you more information closer to the date.
