Conchita Wurst and Eurovision Ireland want to have some ‘Bad Romance’ with the cheeky jumping boys from Greece – ‘Freaky Fortune’. Recently they have gone Old School and Lady Gaga could be giving them some ‘Applause’ as they battle to be her Support Act in her upcoming Greek Concert.
The guys put a new spin on the 1996 hit ‘Coco Jambo’ by Mr President at the recent VMA Awards in Greece. They teamed up with Marios Brasil, DJ Kas and S.Arvaniti. The 90’s are cool again and Freaky Fortune proved this.
The entertainment website Jumping Fish is running a contest to find the support act of Lady Gaga’s concert in Greece and Freaky Fortune are one of the nominees. You just need to click here and VOTE. You know how much we liked meeting the Freaky Fortune guys in Copenhagen so we want to see them WIN!
If that wasn’t enough ‘Freaky News’ the guys recently released their Eurovision follow-up song ‘In a World Without You’ with Nicolas Costa. Another great electro pop song but this one has hints of that 80’s supergroup Depeche Mode. Another anthem from the guys that we like a lot.
So #JoinUs and help get Freaky Fortune to support Lady Gaga on September 19th at the Athens Olympic Stadium. It is written in history we think that the guys should support Gaga – look at their amazing cover version of ‘Edge Of Glory’ 3 years ago! #FreakyFortuneDestiny
So get voting today!!
