Did you notice tonight but there was a delay with the results of the Semi Final 2 being announced at Eurovision. The meet and greet in the Green Room went on for more than intended and then we got treated to another run through of the 15 songs even after the lines were closed.

Even Executive Supervisor Jon Ola Sand posted the above tweet. So what may have been the reason for the delay?

What were people saying in the press hall? 

First there was the rumour that Belarus TV did not transmit the performance of Austria’s Conchita Wurst. We can clear that up immediately. Yes the full show was broadcast on Belarussian television with no interruptions.

Next rumour circulating in the press hall was that there was a tie for 10th position in the semi final. As of yet there has been no confirmation from the EBU.
