Nicole Scherzinger is set to record a song that was in the running for Eurovision 2013. Scherzinger was once the lead singer with American super group “The Pussycat Dolls”. Her solo career has not had the same level of success to date, but that might be about to change as she returns to the recording studio.
It has been reported by the “Irish Daily Star” that Scherzinger is set to record the song “Fire”, that was in the Irish National Eurovision Selection Final this year. The song was performed by Zoe Alexis and written by Lauren White, Willie Weeks and Eurosong Mentor Niall Mooney.
Producers in Los Angles heard the song “Fire” and immediately pitched it to many well know singers. Scherzinger was immediately take with the song and is set to record it in the coming weeks. It certainly shows that one never knows where a Eurovision song way go!
