Agnetha Fältskog – Legendary member of Eurovision Winning Act Abba – is back with her second song from her album “A”. The song is called “Dance Your Pain Away” and is a return to pure Saturday Night Disco Fever.

Unashamedly camp and perfectly fitting for this scorching “Summer Night City” that we are all experiencing at the moment – so get your glitter ball out. On Agnetha’s social media sites, she asked her fans to select their favorite remixes of “Dance Your Pain Away”. Hence 3 of the remixes will now be made available on the CD single and to download. They are the “Cahill Mix”, “Patrolla Mix” and the “7th Heaven Mirrorball Mix” – which we have for you below.

In a stroke of genius – her team asked people to send in their videos of them dancing to the song. Then Agnetha and Team allowed people to vote for their favorites. The Top 10 will be featured in the upcoming official video which is expected in the coming weeks. Here is the winning entry which will bring a chuckle to you face – the wonderful “Day & Neil” who will certainly appear in the official video.

The song was released in America on May 28th and Internationally on July 15th. The CD version will be out later in the month but the downloads are now available. So far it has been #1 on the UK BBC Radio 2 Airplay Chart and #25 on General UK Radio Airplay Chart. There is certainly a Disco flavor sweeping the charts from Daft Punk to Robin Thicke to John Newman. I predict that Eurovision 2014 will see it’s fair share of disco influenced songs.

Expect to see Agnetha chart in the coming weeks – and rightly so. An amazing song!
