UK Eurovision Winners Bucks Fizz will perform at this year’s Arqiva Commercial Radio Awards to mark 40 years of UK commercial radio.
1981 Eurovision winners Bucks Fizz will open the show taking place at the Westminster Bridge Park Plaza Hotel in central London on July 3. They will be joined by Level 42, Atomic Kitten and The Feeling.
This is the 18th year The RadioCentre event has taken place, but the 2013 ceremony will be extra special as it will celebrate 40 years since LBC and Capital Radio became the UK’s first commercial radio stations.
Retro seems to be en vogue at the moment – might the BBC ask Bucks Fizz back to Eurovision? Nothing would surprise us here.
