OGAE – The Official Eurovision Fan Network – The Branch from Albania have cast  their votes. So what country did they predict as the winner of Eurovision 2013?

2 points – Norway

3 points – Montenegro

4 points – Israel

5 points – San Marino

6 points – Switzerland

7 points – Italy

8 points – The Netherlands

10 points – Germany

12 points – Denmark
