Yes hours before the official communication from Norwegian National Broadcaster NRK – this story is just breaking across the internet. It is alleged that Alexander will be the composer of 18 year old Annsofi Pettersen’s song for the Norwegian National Selection.
Annsofi is a finalist on the Norwegian X-Factor show from 2010 and Rybak has already collaborated with her on his Christmas Album where they sang “It’s Cold Outside”. Commenting on, Rybak has said “I always love what she does! She has a very unique and special voice…..-It is very rewarding to collaborate with Annsofi. She is energetic and always well prepared”.
Pettersen is equally complimentary of performing with Rybak saying “”I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to do so. It has been incredibly inspiring and fun. He is very talented.”
The Norwegian press have been asking Rybak and his management team, if the rumours are true. Like the title of his recent song Rybak has asked the journalists t0 “Leave Me Alone”
