KiKA, the German national broadcaster, have reconfirmed their continued non-participation at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

KiKA & SWR have reconfirmed that they will not be participating at the 2027 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Back in FEBRUARY, KiKA delivered the news that they would not be participating or broadcasting the Contest for the foreseeable future.
