
TG4 the Irish national broadcaster, have selected their representatives, during Junior Eurovision Éire 2026 this evening – their national selection for the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Ta’ Qali.
In the first round, the three finalists performed two songs; one cover version of a song in Irish and a cover of a past Eurovision entry. In the super-final, the two finalists performed a song that they already performed in the previous shows.
The results of the first round were as follows:
- Caleb Kirwan – “Halo” / “Tattoo” – Qualified
- Naomi Gribben – “If I Could Back Time” / “Why Me?” – Qualified
- Isa-Mae Lyle – “Back to Black” / “Arcade”
The results of the super-final were as follows:
- Caleb Kirwan – “I Will Always Love You” – Winner
- Naomi Gribben – “And I’m Telling You I’m Not Going” – Winner
The results were decided by a jury consisting of the two permanent judges Niamh Ní Chróinín and Hugh Carr, as well as guest judge Linda Martin. The judges were unable to come to a decision between the final two artists and decided both Caleb and Naomi would represent Ireland at the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Ta’ Qali. The song that Caleb and Naomi will perform, will be released in the coming days.
