🇧🇬 #ESC27: The First Additional Flights To Burgas Airport Have Been Revealed

Burgas Airport is planning ADDITIONAL flights, ahead of the 2027 Eurovision Song Contest, in Burgas – the first of which have been revealed.

Bulgaria Air have announced that extra flights will be added on the Sofia to Burgas route. From Sunday 2nd to Wednesday 19th May, up to two daily flights will link Sofia and Burgas. Each day, the current evening flight will run, with Extra mid day flights in the days leading up to the Contest, starting on Sunday 9th May. After the Grand Final of on Saturday 15th May, extra morning flights will run to help fans get back from Burgas to Sofia, the morning flights will run from Monday 17th to Wednesday 19th May. The extra flights will seat 160 to 164 passengers. The extra flights were on sale from Tuesday 25th August, with both business class and economy class available.

Austrian Airlines will run flights on May 8th, 11th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 18th, 21st and 22nd. The flights will leave Vienna at 15:50 CEST and land at 18:40 local time in Burgas. Returning flights will leave at 19:20 pm local time and land in Vienna at 20:10 CEST.
