For our Summer 2026 feature series, we are celebrating 25 years of Melodifestivalen on tour. We will take a look at the songs that have progressed direct to the final over the past two and a half decades. Today we are looking at the songs that have progressed from Umeå.

2004 – Heat Three

The third heat of 2004 took place at the Umeå Arena, in Umeå. Sandra Dahlberg took first place (79,410 votes), with “Här stannar jag kvar”, while Hanson, Carson & Malmkvist took second place (52,267 votes), with “C’est la vie”.
