Two Dutch-regional broadcasters, have announced where they stand with their selections for the 2024 Regio Songfestival, in Maastricht.

Omroep West have song submissions open until Saturday 1st June. Song ssubmissions can be made HERE. Last year, Omroep West held a national final with three finalists – the winner was chosen by a public vote.

RTV Drenthe have revealed the ten finalists for Drèents Liedtiesfestival 2024. Drèents Liedtiesfestival 2024 takes place on Thursday 9th May and the winner will be chosen by a jury & a public combination. Not only will the winner go forward to the Regio Songfestival 2024, but the SUNS Europe Festival 2024 too. The ten finalists are:

• Skuur – “Gister”
• Martin Hietkamp – “Törf, jenever en spiet “
• Dréents Grøs – “Schoonebeeker Eulie”
• Sister Sister – “Hey Suzie”
• Chantal Hulshof – “Bewondern”
• Ellen Dost – “t Padtie”
• Werilt – “Soms”
• Marianne Veenstra – “t Is zo wisse (as een klontie zuut is) “
• Laura Dik – “Altied nog wat kind”
• Richard Nijstad – “Umdat ‘t zo niet langer kan”
