RTCG, the Montenegrin national broadcaster, has confirmed their broadcast intentions for the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest, in Liverpool.

RTCG 2 will be broadcasting both the Semi Finals and Grand Final this year. Commentary will be provided by Dražen Bauković and Tijana Mišković. RTCG withdrew from the Contest following Turin, citing financial reasons.
