ERR, the Estonian national broadcaster, has completed the Semi Final stage and Wildcard vote for Eesti Laul 2023 – their national selection for the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest, in Liverpool.

Two Acts have qualified as a Wildcard finalist. They are:

• MIA – “Üks samm korraga (One Step at a Time)”
• Elysa – “Bad Philosophy”
