🇧🇬 #JESC22: Remembering Junior Eurovision 2015

Over the course of October and November, on the lead up to the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, we will be celebrating the previous editions of the Contest. Today, we celebrate Sofia 2015.

On Saturday 21st November 2015, the 13th Junior Eurovision Song Contest took place at the Arena Armeec, in Sofia, Bulgaria. The show was hosted by Poli Genova. The Interval Act was provided by Krisia, Hasan & Ibrahim, Vincenzo Cantiello and all the participants.

Two countries debuted in Sofia – Australia and Ireland, while Albania and North Macedonia (then known as FYR Macedonia) returned. They joined Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Italy, Malta, Montenegro, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, The Netherlands and Ukraine. Croatia, Cyprus and Sweden didn’t return for the 2015 edition.
