Pack your bags and get ready to #joinus in Liverpool !! Tonight the winner of the bid to host next year’s Eurovision Song contest was announced during the UK broadcaster the BBC’s The One Show by BBC Eurovision Song Contest commentator , Graham Norton . Liverpool are the successful city .This marks the end of a long process to find out where we will be travelling to in the UK for Eurovision 2023 . The shortlist was earlier this week , whittled down from seven cities to two , with Glasgow . and Liverpool ,becoming the final two battling it out . You can see more about the city in the promotional video below .The dates for next year’s contest were also announced. The date for the Grand Final will be 13th May .
