Today ,Swiss Broadcaster SRF revealed the act and singer which will represent them on the Eurovision stage in Turin, Italy in May.Marius Bear will fly the Swiss flag with his song “Boys Do Cry”. Both song and singer were internally selected by means of an international jury of experts and a 100 member audience panel .

Marius is 28 years old and has already made his mark on the music scene in Switzerland. He studied for one year at the British and Irish Modern Music institute in London in 2017. He has also published two albums , titled Sanity ( 2018) and Not loud Enough ( 2019).In 2019 he won a Swiss music award for the category of Best Talent.

Switzerland will sing in the first half of the first semi final on Tuesday 10th May 2022.Marius has a hard act to follow as last year Gjon’s Tears brought Switzerland a very credible 3rd place in the Grand Final with Tout l’univers .Do you think Marius can go one better or even win the contest for Switzerland this year?
