TG4, the Irish Gaelic national broadcaster, have revealed that they will be broadcasting the Junior Eurovision Song Contest live for the first time since 2015, when Ireland made their debut in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Since 2016, the Contest has been shown on TG4, but on a delay. Since 2018, Irish viewers have had the option to watch the Contest live via the TG4 Player,
