France Televisions would like to host the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, following their victory yesterday afternoon. Valentina took victory with her song “J’imagine”.

Alexandra Redde-Amiel, the French Head of Delegation had the following to say this morning:

“We are of course very keen to host Eurovision Junior in France next year. Delphine Ernotte (President of France Televisions) is very keen to do it, Stephane Sitbon-Gomez (Director of Antennas & Programs of France Televisions) too.

We will first savour and then discuss with the presidency of Eurovision and the EBU to find out how we can organise the 2021 edition and if it will be possible to do so. You have to speak with them before formalising anything but in any case, the wish is there.”
