Eurovision Stars to compete at the International Music Festival “Golden Stag” in Romania!

The international music festival Cerbul de Aur (Golden Stag) celebrates this year 50 years since its debut in 1968.

The festival – organized by the Romanian TV broadcaster TVR – is traditionaly held in Brasov, one of the most beautiful cities in Romania.

Lots of international artists have taken the main stage of the “Golden Stag” festival –  to name a few: Diana Ross, Amália Rodrigues, Julio Iglesias, Dalida, Sheryl Crow, Tom Jones, Juliette Greco, Vaya con Dios, Coolio, Christina Aguilera and Cliff Richard.

This year, 18 artists from 15 contries will compete (from 29.08.2012 until 02.09.2018) for a chance to win the grand prize of 25,000 Euros.

We can definitely say that Eurovision fans from Romania are in for a treat as lots of names from the Eurovision Song Contest (either participating in the event or in the national selections) will be present.
