Denmark has decided on the 10 Acts for their Eurovision 2015 selection. The specially commissioned jury have listened to the almost 700 entries that DR (Danish National Broadcaster) received and 10 songs/acts have been selected.

At present DR are shooting 10 videos for the songs that have made the final of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix. These videos will be released in their entirety on January 26th.

The Dansk Melodi Grand Prix final will take place on February 7th. The finalists songs will again this year be available on CD and Download.

This got us thinking of who we would like to see in the Danish National Selection.

Our Top 3 wish list would be

Bryan Rice

He came second at the Danish selection in 2010 and then was in the final again in 2014. We take you back to his song in 2010 ‘Breathing’ that is a classic song not to make it to Eurovision. He could have been the first act to bring water to Eurovision before Jedward – as you will see from his live performance

Medina

One of Denmark’s most successful singers. She has had 10 singles that have gone Top 3 in Denmark. The most popular being ‘You And I’. However we love her new single ‘Når Intet Er Godt Nok’. This pop/soul Diva would be so welcome at Eurovision.

Mohamed Ali

Not to be confused with the boxer but Mohamed comes from the long list of Eurovision singers who found fame in talent shows and The X-Factor. He made the Superfinal in the Danish selection in 2013 losing out to some girl called Emmelie de Forest. He has gone on to become highly successful in Denmark and one could say he is their answer to Eric Saade or Anton Ewald. Has the moves, looks good on camera and sings ok. But that’s what backing singers are there for – no?

So who would you like to see at Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2015?
