Even tastier than Delia Smith! Oh no I hear you say but Malta has done that for their upcoming premier European broadcast. Yes we are ditching the ‘Smith’ and replacing it with the glamorous Moira Delia!

PBS (Maltese National Broadcaster) have put their best foot forward and announced that Moira Delia will host the 2014 running of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Now for all you Eurovision fans out there – who follow the National Finals all year round – Moira Delia will be no stranger to you. She has hosted the Maltese National Eurovision selection on many occasions and more importantly she has done it with style!

The Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be the biggest live broadcast that Malta has ever staged and we feel safe in the hands of Moira – oh that sounds wrong – but you know what we mean.

The Junior Eurovision Song Contest has 14 entries so far but possibly expect more to come. I’m sorry but I am sworn to secrecy and will not tell you – unless you offer me copious amounts of chocolate!

JESC (as we are on friendly terms with the contest) will take place in Malta on November 15th and the team of Eurovision Ireland will be there to cover the contest AND let me tell you that many of the kids are putting their adult counterparts to shame with their talent! #JustSaying

So why don’t you come #together for JESC 2014! Don’t be afraid.

You can follow Junior Eurovision on Twitter , Facebook , JESC Website , Instagram and Google+

So there is no reason for you to miss any of the news. We can highly recommend their Twitter Account – great fun or as their Head of Press (Kath Lockett) would say – “It’s Bonza!”
