Margaret Berger stunned Eurovision this year with her sophisticated electronic pop music that has left people wanting more from her – especially in places like Scandinavia and Germany.
Recently she gave people a glimpse of what to expect from her upcoming album. The song “Until the End” is a far heavier dance track than “I Feed You My Love”. It has a strong rave drum beat to it and Margaret is looking very Grunge/Dance – an unusual combination but she can certainly carry it off.
With many people saying that the new sound in the charts is 70’s/Disco inspired with people like Robin Thicke and Daft Punk dominating the charts – Margaret has confirmed to “slottsfjell” (Norwegian publication) that she will have this influence on her album though to expect some further unapologetic thumping dance music. We do know that the album is full written and is being recorded/produced. Margaret has confirmed 3 producers are involved in the album – “Lo Fi Fnk”, “Macho Psycho” who produced “I Feed You My Love” and finally Don Tomasso – her ex partner.
Can she recreate her Eurovision magic? What do you think?
No official date yet for the release of Margaret’s new album but we will certainly “Feed you the Love” when we know!
