Two Eurovision 2013 artists are continuing their touring around Europe with great vigor. Italian Marco Mengoni continues to receive mass hysteria on his tour across Italy while Bonnie Tyler is working the Festival Season across the continent where she was in Potsdam last week to rave reviews.
Marco Mengoni
Marco helped bring Italy to their third successive Top 10 finish at Eurovision 2013. He continues his tour of Italy and is certainly dispelling the myth that appearing at Eurovision is the “kiss of death” to a singers career. With recent MTV awards under his belt he has had to add further dates to his tour.
Here is Marco arriving at his L’ESSENZIALE Tour in Rome last week. Even arriving at the arena throws the huge gathered crowd into a frenzy. What is very interesting to notice is that the audience following him since Eurovision seems to have widened with both men and women but of all ages now enjoying the Italian singers music. When he makes it to the stage the crowd go into a state sheer craziness with the very first chord of “L’essenziale”. A good reminder to singers out there, who think that Eurovision is beneath them – if you are prepared to do the hard work and bring a good song to the contest – you can succeed even without winning the contest!

Bonnie Tyler
Bonnie Tyler is walking on air as she eventually received her 2 ESC Radio Awards for Best Song and Female at Eurovision 2013. She received the awards just before she went on stage at the Potsdam Rock festival in Germany. She delighted the crowd with many of her classics from “Lost in France”, “It’s a Heartache”, “Total Eclipse of the Heart” and “Believe in Me”.
