Norway’s 2010 Eurovision Representative Didrik Solli-Tangen, releases his new song “Without You”. The Pop/Opera singer looks set to score a hit with this song in Norway.
The is a very retro 80’s song that has a Depeche Mode feeling to it. It is an electro/pop single. Atmospheric and moody with the echo of the operatic words “Addio mi amore – Goodbye my love!” drifting in and out of this ballad. There is certainly nothing else like this in main stream music at the moment.

The video reflects the 80’s feel and is shot in black and white in the Estonian capital city Tallinn (we believe). With a climatic electric guitar and drum rift this is a million miles from “My Heart Will Go On” – which is a good thing for us.

Give this 2 listens and you will be hooked. Didrik is currently touring the Scandinavian Festivals with many other Eurovision Winners and Singers like Alexander Rybak and Elisabeth Andreassen.
Here is Didrik at Eurovision in 2010 when he was the host country representative at the contest.
What do you think of “Without You”?
