🇫🇷 #JESC26: Remembering The Best Of France

Ahead of the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Ta’ Qali, we our taking a look at the best entries from participating countries – past and present.

France have participated at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest on nine occasions to date, 2004 and then 2018 to 2025. France’s best participation came in 2020, 2022, 2023 and 2025. In 2020, Valentina finished in 1st place, after performing “J’imagine”, with 200 points.

In 2022, Lissandro finished in 1st place, after performing “Oh Maman!”, with 203 points.

In 2023, Zoé Clauzure finished in 1st place, after performing “Cœur”, with 228 points.

In 2025, Lou Deleuze finished in 1st place, after performing “Ce monde”, with 248 points.

This year, Alec will represent France at the 2026 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Ta’ Qali, with “Comment tu vas?”. Can Alec achieve France’s fifth victory in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest?
