TASS, the Russian national media agency, have revealed that Thailand are interested in participating at the 2025 Intervision Song Contest.
Mikhail Shvydkoi, the Special Representative of the Russian President for International Cultural Cooperation, has told TASS that Thailand has approved its participation. Mikhail Shvydkoi had the following to say:
“More than 20 countries have already confirmed their participation… Among them, in addition to the CIS countries, I mean Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and other countries, there are also China, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and South Africa. In fact, today we have so many participants that this list can be closed. A competition in which more than 25 countries participate is very difficult.”
