
The line-up for OGAE International’s 2023 OGAE Second Chance, has been announced – the Contest is been taken care by OGAE Sweden this year, after their victory last year.
The line-up will feature twenty three entries, they are:

- Finland – KUUMAA – “Ylivoimainen”
- Germany – Will Church – “Hold On”
- Ireland – CONNOLLY – “Midnight Summer Night”
- Iceland – Langi Seli og Skuggarnir – “OK”
- Italy – Lazza – “CENERE”
- Latvia – 24.Avenija – “You Said”
- Lithuania – Ruta MUR – “So Low”
- Malta – Ryan Hilli – “In The Silence”
- Moldova – SunStroke Project – “Yummy Mommy”
- Norway – Ulrikke – “Honestly”
- Poland – Jann – “Gladiator”
- Portugal – Edmundo Inácio – “A Festa”
- Romania – Andreea D Folclor Orchestra – “Perinita Mea”

OGAE Rest of the World will be represented by Moldova instead of San Marino. The featured OGAE competing countries, along with the non-competing countries will have a chance to vote. Voting details will be revealed by each OGAE club and the final results will be revealed later this year.
