Under the new format of Eesti Laul, the fourth and final Quarter Final of 2022 has taken place. Three songs were selected by the Televote, with a further two chosen by the Jury. The third set of five Semi Finalists are:

• Black Velvet “Sandra” – Televote
• ELYSA “Fire” – Televote
• Minimal Wind ft. elisabeth tiffany “What To Make Of This” – Jury
• Ott Lepland “Aovalguses” (In the light) – Televote
• Púr Múdd & Shira “Golden Shores” – Jury
