With Sweden’s Melodifestivalen wrapping up last night, the last national selection of the 2021 season has come to an end as we only have broadcaster’s announcements left to look forward to.

While we’re now all excitedly looking ahead to May and eagerly awaiting the start of the contest (after what feels like centuries since Tel Aviv!), the end of the National Final season is often bitter-sweet for fans. While we have a new batch of Eurovision songs to enjoy, critique, review and rank, there will always be the songs you loved that never got this far… the ones that got away before they got the chance to shine on Europe – and arguably the world’s – biggest stage!

So we want to know… if you could change the result of just one Eurovision 2021National Selection result, which country would it be? Who do you think ruined their chances before the opening chords of Te Deum even began? Let us know in our poll below!

In a year where we had far fewer national selections than we usually would have, we’ve also included “untelevised” national selections like Ukraine, where 3 potential entries were released even if the result was decided without a televote.
