Well am finally back from my jollydays.I couldn’t connect with my wordpress account which was a pain hence know posts. I did manage to check in and out of the selection shows while away and initially wasn’t impressed by this year’s crop of crap as I first saw it but as is the way, after a few more listens, I now have quite a nice number of songs I like, Greece included. However I have no idea what the mass appeal of Sweden, Israel is nor Poland for that matter. Yes, they are alright I suppose but certainly not top of my rankings. As for the poor showing for Malta, words fail me. I am also probably one of the few who actually likes Latvia this year. The lyrics are cute and so is the song. Hey ho, that’s the beauty of this contest. Different strokes for different folks. Am looking forward to being in Copenhagen for both semi-finals and meeting the Eurovision Ireland team! 🙂
