  1. Have been listening intently to 2fm. Song 1 Very 90’s typical Irish ballad. (Not a fan of nepotism). Not a bad effort though. Song 2 I like this radio friendly ditty, it’s cute and catchy but I worry about Eoghan’s vocals on the notes. Song 3 Another good effort but again I worry on Kasey (her vocals were poor last year and she was way over-styled) but this could very well do okay. Song 4 I love. A rocky edge and Andrew can certainly deliver. A different slant from Ireland. This wouldn’t be a bad entry. Song 5 Was again another nice effort. An uptempo ballad. I like the orchestration but not sure if it would stand out enough. Good vocals.
All in all am happy enough with this year’s selection. Pleasantly surprised. Song 4 for me but 3, 5 or 2 would be okay. Song 1 is my least favourite. Good luck to them all.
