🇸🇪 #SWEDEN: Melodifestivalen 2026 Confirms Increased Funds Raised For Radiohjälpen

SVT, the Swedish national broadcaster, have confirmed the funds raised during Melodifestivalen 2026, for Radiohjälpen – their national selection for the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest, in Vienna.

SVT revealed that during the six weeks of Melodifestivalen 2026, a total of 4,498,258 SEK, was raised for Radiohjälpen, on behalf of Världen Barn. This is an increase of 34.8% compared to last year. Anders Wistbacka, Project Manager for Melodifestivalen, had the following to say:

While Felicia is second in terms of most votes in the final, the top five are:

  1. KAJ – “Just take a sauna”: 4,305,774 votes
  2. FELICIA – “My System”: 3,961,954
  3. Loreen – “Tattoo”: 3,783,148
  4. Anders Bagge – “Bigger Than the Universe”: 3,464,137
  5. Måns Zelmerlöw – “Revolution”: 3,278,385

During the grand final, a total of 962,495 members of the Swedish public cast a vote. A total of 1,912,546 SEK was raised for Radiohjälpen.
