RTL Lëtzebuerg, the Luxembourgish national broadcaster, have explained why they broadcast the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbilisi.
FOLLOWING on from his comments in November, Jeff Spielmann, Head of Press for the Luxembourgish Delegation, has talked about the broadcast of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, without participating in it. Jeff Spielmann had the following to say:
“At this time, Luxembourg’s participation in Eurovision is our top priority and we have no plans to participate in Junior Eurovision. We believe Junior Eurovision remains an important part of the program, especially for younger audiences – even without our country’s participation. That’s why we are broadcasting this contest.”
