
On the lead up to the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbilisi, we will be taking a look back at participating countries past and present. Today we continue our look back with Georgia.
The Funkids represented Georgia at the 2012 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Amsterdam. The Funkids participated with “Funky Lemonade”, finishing in 2nd place and 103 points.
The Smile Shop represented Georgia at the 2013 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Kyiv. The Smile Shop participated with “Give Me Your Smile”, finishing in 5th place and 91 points.
Lizi Pop represented Georgia at the 2014 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Marsa. Lizi Pop participated with “Happy Day”, finishing in 11th place and 54 points.
The Virus represented Georgia at the 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Sofia. The Virus participated with “Gabede”, finishing in 10th place and 51 points.
Mariam Mamadashvili represented Georgia at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Valletta. Mariam Mamadashvili participated with “Mzeo”, finishing in 1st place and 239 points – Georgia’s best position to date.
